I am sympathetic to people’s needs and quite a chilled person, with a good sense of humour - sounds like a single ad! However, I feel no one should be embarrassed when they come to see me. I don’t really fall into the typical beauty therapist personality, I like to chat to my clients and get to know them, this way they are happy to come and happy when they leave!
