My name is Sarah and I have been running The Therapy Zone since May 2nd 2006, making today my 4th Birthday!! :-)
I have suffered at the mercy of various health issues in the past and therefore am very enthusisatic in looking for sensible, natural solutions to helping people with their everyday aches, pains and problems.
Every one of my clients is very unique and I pride myself in tailoring their sessions entirely on that basis.
When I wind down, I love to train, dance, draw and paint!
