I have a strong interest in yoga and nutrition. Physical and emotional well-being, I believe, are connected to our exercise, intake of good food, and the people we mix with. I am a yoga teacher and training as a nutritionist. Hope to share with you good food, exercise, sound advice and would like to help people (starting from myself and my family, and my friends, all the way through the community) kick start a healthier and happier style of life.

We just loved it and the scenery is breathtaking. Good food too.
