Where I practise:
I am based in a bespoke, private and fully equipped gym studio at 84 Clerkenwell Road with its own changing and shower facilities. No one has access to train in my studio other than my clients so complete privacy and exclusivity is assured. I am however always happy to train clients wherever they choose and I of course provide the necessary equipment. Whatever your goal, mine is to make your exercise fun, interesting, innovative, rewarding and entirely tailored to you. Get changed!

I am a former barrister who has undergone a radical change of career to become an advanced personal trainer. Sport and exercise has however always been an important part of my life and I was a competitive gymnast from the age of 5 to 18. I am also an advanced skier and have competed in two marathons. I bring the same exacting standards of professionalism, intelligence and client care to my personal training as I applied throughout my successful career at the Bar.
Has professional insurance.
