Went here on a Saturday as part of a large hen group and couldn't fault the place for our day. Although it is mega pricey for a weekend (I'd definitely only ever go again on a weekday when it's cheaper), the staff were fantastic, the place was spotlessly clean and we enjoyed all parts of our day. The chillout areas were so comfy, and the swing in the pool was a good laugh. Don't walk past the jacuzzi by the stairs on the way to the larger swimming pool either - it's so warm and luxurious! We had afternoon tea as part of our package too and i have to say that the sweet treats were absolutely delicious. The Sanctuary range of shower gels and facial oils were also a welcomed surprise in the shower and changing areas - a smothering of luxury face oil after a long day of swimming, steaming and relaxing felt amazing!

I was really impressed by my gel manicure at Czaro. Jade was very friendly, precise and quick – I was in and out quite quickly with ten perfect nails. There is a good range of colours to choose from – I went for a bright red which I’m pleased to say still hasn’t chipped almost two weeks later. I’ll definitely be going back.

Went along for a haircut the other week, loved the cut however I was a bit shocked by how much came off - eeek! Although this was completely my fault as I sat there and said 'cut it however you like'. Would recommend to others and go again, but need to remember that I don't want too much hair cut off next time! Good place and right next to the tube. Perfecto!

Went along last night to the venue near Liverpool Street, booked online for 6.30 but the tubes were running late and I was almost twenty minutes late! They were so lovely and didn't mind at all, and I was still given a whole hour's facial - perfect! The facial included a number of steps, including exfoliation, steam, mask etc - but the highlight was actually the back, shoulder and neck massage which brought me right back down to earth. My therapist was wonderful and we chatted away for the first half but as the facial relaxed me we stayed quiet for the second half - so much so that I nearly dozed off listening to the relaxing music. My skin feels clean and the location of Body Essential is just perfect for a quick stop off after work. Very happy with it, thanks guys! xx

I went along to Clinica Fiore in July after coming back from my holidays with sun-stressed skin and a little breakout. As soon as I entered the salon I felt welcomed by Flavio and Hilary, and the facial waas wonderful. Staying in there for over an hour, I was treated to various lotions and potions on the skin, a warming hand mitt, soothing music and relaxing eye pads (yes, I very nearly fell asleep!)

My skin felt great afterwards and even returning back to work without a scrap of make up on, my skin looked fab and no greasiness in sight that you can sometimes have after a treatment. My skin looked perfectly clear for a while after the facial, and I'd definitely go back! They seem to have all the latest products and Hilary knew more about the science of skincare than anyone I've ever met. Really great service and great facial :)
