Hi I am a Personal Trainer, Life coach specialising in weight loss and structural alignment ! I am a Reiki Master, Sports Massage and remedial therapists, NST practitioner(an advanced form of Bowen ) I am interested in the total health, Mind Body and Soul. So aswell as working on my clients diet I get them to look at themselves and their relationship with food, only by knowing what causes our unhealthy habits be it comfort eating or plain addiction, we must address these patterns if we are going to succeed at long term weight loss!
I also work on my clients structurally, assessing posture, muscle imbalances , and faulty loading patterns which all have a direct affect on physical well being.
These inbalances are the main cause of back pain , knee pain, shoulder& neck pain, and many other joint pains. So with the use of , treatments corrective exercise routines and improve mental and nutritional imput I bring the whole body back into unison!
