With twenty five years’ experience, I offer a unique style that focuses on ‘releasing and fixing’ areas of the body,nedsmassage atgmal.
• I use a combination of extremely effective techniques (based upon Deep Tissue, Acupressure, Swedish, Breathwork, Reiki) in order to release muscular spasms and loosen sore muscles that are the direct result of stress, overuse, or injury, and the cause of the spasm and the experience of tension.
