This is not (in my opinion) a quiet spa retreat for couples that want to escape.

You tend to get groups of ladies in the sauna's and pools, chatting and laughing, a few at a time sometimes. and the pool seems to be open to the public and is, at certain times, busy and noisy.

The pool also had black mould on the ceilings around the pool area, this has put me off going again.

More of a place to go in groups. The staff are very friendly and helpful and cant do enough for you. Some areas there didn't seem to be enough of them around to deal with the amount of customers. but always helpful and polite staff.

The treatment was fine.

This is also very very close to silverstone, the day i visited there was racing there, so moving form noise in the spa to more louder noise in the hotel room didnt go down well.

The food is very average.

It is a very good value place to go, i paid a low price and got what i paid for.

This place really knows how to look after you. right form the moment you arrive at the hotel there is always someone offering to park your car, show you the way, help with your luggage etc. Everyone has a smile and greeting, there rooms are beautiful, the spa is amazing, my treatment was perfect. I didn't want to leave. This is a place that really pays attention to the small details that matter. Not many places you can say that about these days.
