Premises are ok but looks a bit "tired". The swimming pook area and all the other facilities (steam room, sauna, etc) were very nice.
Food at the bar or cantine is very basic and a bit overpriced. Service here is slow but friendly.
The staff att the beauty area were friendly and nice too. Our booking time was messed up but they offered us to come back some other day to finish the treatments missing. No compensation of any kind though.
The treatments (massage and facial) weren't outstanding. Pretty average in fact. Manicure and pedicure was offered by two lovely therapists. It was very nice experience. Nail polish didn't last long and cracked easily.
Changing rooms were fantastic and very clean with every little detail. Love them!!!
Overall was a pleasant day but I won't go there again since there are still many other places to try.
