I am a yoga teacher , Massage & Reiki therapist living and working in Argyll. For me, yoga offers deep emotional and spiritual connection and this deepens the longer I teach and practise. I teach classes and workshops here and in Glasgow in Hatha and Yin Yoga, Yoga for Pregnancy and Yoga & Relaxation for people living with cancer. I am also creator of Celtic Yoga Journey.
