My main freelance writing specialism is yoga, wellbeing and travel. As well as editing an online yoga magazine, I took a Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training course in California late last year and try to keep up my daily yoga routine as much as possible. When I'm not living, breathing and writing about yoga, I also enjoy swimming and spending too much money eating out!

Stressed-out Londonders take note: head to Grayshott for a couple of days and watch the tension unfurl. This is a wonderful Spa: small, luxurious, and 'boutique' in feel. Chose from a long list of treatments and exercise classes, including yoga, and an early morning power walk around the grounds. There is a strong emphasis on holistic health: a light, delicious buffet is followed by a tasty evening meal, graded according to calorie intake! A large outdoor pool was one of my favourite features - there's nothing quite like al fresco swimming.
