Lite Female Fitness is THE women-only gym in Mid-Ulster. We are "Lite", bright and airy - the perfect place for all women to come and get fit. Our experienced friendly staff will devise a training program for complete beginners to advanced fitness ladies! The Lite gym is fully-equipped with cardio, resistance and vibrating machines.
If the gym is not your thing we also run a wide range of fun, enegetic classes in our exercise studio - from Boxercise to Zumba and Hip-Hop to Ballroom Dance!
