I'm Janice Kate Fisher I have been teaching yoga since 2002. In 2009 my self and Peter Vestergaard co-established the Light Yoga Space, a beautiful yoga studio purely focused on Sivananda yoga. Our pretty studio is tucked away in a funky old warehouse in Dalston London N1. We run a weekly timetable of mixed level Sivananda sequence yoga classes including beginners, open classes and specially adapted Sivananda pregnancy classes. All are welcome!

I have been practicing Sivananda Yoga for about 15 years. I took the International Sivananda Yoga Teachers Training Course in Canada in 2002 and the Advanced Sivananda Teacher Training Course in Vrindavan India in 2009.
