Therapist was very nice, I thought the treatment excellent, and perfectly happy in my chair and facing the window. So I think the ambiance is truthfully brilliant.

Friendly, attractive and my manicure lasted so I left a happy woman! I will return for sure, as the neighborhood is extremely convenient for me.

Sophy is a star! Sophy was very flexible in finding a time to fit me in and I was most appreciative; a true pro and also charming and efficient. I had a deadline and she performed miracles without any sense of stress what-so-ever. I will return, all though the english pound is still high for some of us who live and earn in dollars!

The spa and yoga facilities are absolutely exquisite. The views from the spaces are relaxing and calming. The cabanas are worth every bit of money. The main building with its restaurant and guest rooms are not so great. The restaurant is a bit over priced and lacks ambiance. It needs a serious renovation. Other than that, this is a top notch resort and the best part, only a 3 hour flight from New York City.

The premises are excellent! Of particular surprise and beauty is the yoga studio. The spa was extraordinarily pleasant and I couldn't get enough treatments.

The spa needs a fresh face but generally is completely appropriate and fine for nice treatments, all though a bit expensive.

The space is too old and needs a change to a fresh, clean and modern design. It just feels stodgy and not up to date and as luxurious as it should. I hear there will be a renovation soon and am looking forward to returning.

The best treatment was the Eve Lom facial. A MUST!
