I’ve been a personal trainer for 5 years and I’ve worked with a variety of people from your beginner to athletes and fitness models. I am very passionate about training and make sure all my clients reach their targets.
I’m skilled in all types of training such as weight loss, muscle bulk, toning and maintenance. My training involves a mixture of circuit training, boxing, kick boxing, weight training, kettle bells and TRX. I like to make my sessions fun while you get the results you need.
