Expect to feel radiant, relaxed and recharged after a Radiant Flow Yoga class.
Classes are intelligently sequenced towards a peak pose opening up the various parts of the anatomy used within that peak pose. The style is vinyasa linking breath and movement to enable you to build up the agni (the inner fire) to get rid of all that you don't need. Yoga helps you to remove the samskaras (repeated patterns) and blocks so you can move towards enlightenment and contentment.
