I go here every week to have a wash and blow dry, I know its a luxury but my hair always looks awesome when I come out!
I recommend to absolutely everyone who needs a hairdresser (and sometimes people who dont ask for hair advice!)
Greeted by the manager on our arrival at this lovely spa, taken into lovely warm treatment room for my massage with exfoliation, which was probably the best massage i have ever had (and i have told every single person i can about going there! )
Brilliant value for money too, i am constantly shocked by the low prices here (i'm not complaining!)
This was my second visit to Titanic Spa, I went initially when it first opened and would have given it 5 stars back then.
This time was an overnight luxury package for a couple, bought for me as a birthday present from my other half.
Food was, as always amazing, room was utterly gorgeous, slightly marred by the obviously leaking roof which had discoloured the woodwork on the ceiling.
Facilities were ok, lots of attention to detail missed/neglected, which didn't happen the first time i attended; pockets and belt loops hanging off bathrobes, towels which were way past their best, cracked tiles in pretty much every area, wet beanbags (obviously this cannot be helped as people sit on them in their swimming pants but maybe get waterproof ones?) to me, on the whole, the place looked a little neglected, the staff didnt seem as happy or attentive as my previous visit, I probably wouldn't go again for these reasons, which is sad as its quite close to my home and i love a spa day.
