I am a qualified Reflexologist and Massage Therapist and have been working as a complimentary therapist since 2001. Ensured and qualified with the association of reflexologist (MAR). The different disciplines that I have trained in through the years have been tailored to the individual needs of the each person that I treat. I work with a broad spectrum of clients who have a variety of conditions from stress related issues, pregnancy, back aches to simply wanting the best for their health.

I am a qualified Reflexologist , Massage,Baby Massage Tutor. I do believe that all therapies, conventional and complementary, have their place in the world. Conventional medicine has made amazing advances over the last hundred years but it does have its limitations. In many instances there is a gap between no illness being present and a feeling of good health and well being – this is where I feel massage and reflexology fits in - helping individuals to reach their optimum health.
