I have been practicing Yoga since 1999. It has changed my life in so many wonderful ways. Physically I am more fit. I have attained such fantastic mental clarity. My ability to relax and go with the flow has been enhanced. My immune system functions better than ever and I have much more energy than I used to. I want to bring those benefits to everyone in the world through my teaching.
