After qualifying in holistic massage and diet and nutritional therapy in 1998, I was keen to explore the depths of Ayurveda and qualified as an Ayurvedic Practitioner after studying BSc Complementary Health Sciences (Ayurveda) and a PG Diploma in Ayurvedic Medicine, encompassing 5 months of clinical training in India. Inspired by her Indian roots, Geeta’s passion for healing through Ayurveda has kept growing over the years. Geeta currently practices at the Light Centre Belgravia & Freelance.
