FitNS mobile personal trainers come to you - saving you time. We are a team of two fully qualified, experienced personal trainers and members of the Register of Exercise Professionals. We founded FitNS in 2010 with a passion for helping people reach their health and fitness goals. We both come from a corporate background, so understand the needs – and the time constraints – of our busy clients and we work with them using our philosophy of ‘functional fitness’ to achieve exceptional results.
