I have been a health and fitness enthusiast my entire life. My first fitness hero was Denise Austin. I since have evolved to a yoga instructor and esthetician. Not limited though as I will be adding kids yoga, prenatal yoga and hopefully Thai Massage within the next 6 mos. In the next couple years I would like to study ayurveda and become a Ayurveda Yoga Specialist. My goal is to bring everyone I meet closer to a more peaceful and clear body, mind, and spirit.
