All ages are catered for from our kids yoga at ages 5+ up to our over sixties groups. One to one private lessons are available. Choose from mat and machine. Director, Emma Newham, has been in the fitness industry for 15 years and runs Pilates teacher training courses. She is author of 7 Pilates books and 2 Pilates DVDs
