David Sinclair is the owner of Five Star Fitness and operates a Personal Training studio and Power Plate Authorised Centre in the south side of Glasgow. Established in 1997, we have both the knowledge and experience to ensure that results are achieved as quickly as possible.

The company offers either one hour personal training sessions or 25 minute Power Plate sessions.
