Dan has many beliefs that influence his philosophy to training. With a background in Sport that ranges from competitive judo fighter to competitive strong man, classical dancer to break-dancer, he draws on his many influences to provide effective and fun training solutions to obtain his client’s goals.
He is in high demand as a dance teacher, choreographer and performer both at home and abroad, as well as a freelance trainer at the exclusive one Aldwych health club on the Strand.
