I love the idea of transforming people (ladies, in particular) into fit, healthy, energised, toned, slim beautiful people. It is our birthright! I am almost 56 years of age and still have the figure I had when I was 18. We can all achieve our goals and stay there with gentle exercise incorporating cardio-vascular fitness and stretching.
