Where I practise:
I am a nutritional therapist with over 10 years’ experience, yoga teacher of 6 years & author of The De-Stress Diet. I trained at The Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London, where I was a tutor and now lecture at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. I teach yoga and give nutritional support to individuals and companies, also giving talks and workshops. I specialise in stress-related issues and how to find health with ease and happiness. I was the nutritionist on BBC’s Freaky Eaters and GMTV.
