My name is Chandra Castanza. I am originally from the Stowe, Vermont area. I have been a Florida resident since 1999.
I went to massage school in 2003. I worked side by side with chiropractors for most of my massage career. I was a chiropractic assistant for over 2 years before and after I had become a massage therapist. This is where I developed and obtained my palpation skills, my strength, knowledge and understanding of pain and how to relieve pain for various injuries or conditions. I have done pre-event massage and recovery massage for various types of athletes.
I am prenatal and labor massage certified. I have done several prenatal massages from 3 months along and into the delivery room.
I am a G-Jo Acupressure Master. Which teaches so many helpful points for almost everything. I use acupressure on myself everyday. It relieves symptoms such as head aches, constipation, allergies and anxiety. Acupressure is a wonderful, effective, drug free way to help ourselves and others..
