I have had a few fish pedicures before. Two at this franchise. I think by now the novelty had really worn off.
The staff are perfectly nice but the level of knowledge is not what it should be. The whole thing feels a little haphazard and ill-thought through. No-one's feet are vetted for signs of things like athletes foot or other nasties.
I am quite used to the tickly feeling of the fish now. It is quite pleasant and they do take the hard skin off the feet but to see any real beenfit that one would be genuinely pleased with, I think you'd need to invest in longer sessions over a period of time.

Being gawped at and paped by the tourists wears thin too.

Hmmmm Ok this fish pedi thing is probably a fad that's going to blow over, sadly. It's a sweet experience and I would probably call it relaxing too - if it weren't for the swarms of screaming kids messing about and not being controlled by their parents - or the staff. Can't say may feet were any smoother or softer either. Aw but the fishies are adorable. And the spot was nice and clean and I was offered a fresh towel to wipe my feet before and after.

Probably the cheapest place in London to get a fish pedicure and great for first timers who want to try it out . It's fun and it gets you chatting to strangers sat next to you as well as other onlookers. My feet definitely felt softer afterwards.

Don't book it expecting a relaxing spa like experience. It's busy, noisy and more like sitting in a bustling cafe then a quiet sanctuary! Having said that, it's fun but probably worth going with a friend than on your own.

it was a very good deal! I would definitely consider going to fish pedicure again. Staff were nice and friendly, so the whole experience was really enjoyable. It was so funny to see fishes peeling the dead skin :)

I found the facilities and ambience to be quite average and plain, I have been to nicer fish pedicure type salons who charge a similar price and possibly a bit more. Overall I was happy with my experience, the staff were pleasant and nice which is what created the experience. This was my first fish pedicure so the pleasant staff and hospitality was reassuring. I was satisfied with my experience, but more so satisfied with the value for money.

Was really nice; but very 'plastic' and not like the plush ones in the city. However the young girl working was very nice and had to tollerate a lot of people trying to sneek their hands in. All in all not bad for the price but there are nicer ones where you wont end up in a lot of tourists photos.

This fish pedicure shop is much better than most i ever went to - including Thailand. The ambience is nice and there's a good atmosphere. It's perfect for a nice day out, some beauty, wine and dine after. I would recommend this place.

There's a lot of hype around this and it's good fun. Strange but it worked for me even though I could barely keep my feet still. Nice girlie thing to do and i would recommend it. I think you should do it rgeularly to get the most out of it.

It a really cool setting in Camden, other people could use the same 'fishpond' as you but it wasn't too busy as we went mid week.

The fish did feel quite weird on your feet but it was quite relaxing and I would say that 30minutes is the right amount of time. I feel that it did work quite well and my feet felt nice after, I may advise that you soak your feet before you go to have this treatment done so that the skin on your feet softens first.

Both myself and my boyfriend really enjoyed this and loved the location. Well worth £9 that we paid.

The experience is something you've never experienced before and definately worth a visit. The staff were very friendly and helpuful when explaining what the fish do and the conditions in which they are kept.
