Great place, small and personal with everything you need. Plenty of friendly trainers around to help you. The classes run every hour on the hour so plenty to choose from and you can also pop in and have a workout if you just fancy a run. No long contracts which is a great bonus for me as I travel a lot. Would highly recommend.

“I wish I found this place sooner! In short a trainer takes you through a 45 minute workout from cardio to toning. You are tracked by your own heart rate monitor which shows when you are or not working in the correct zone. It is surprising how easy it is to slack off which proves I have been wasting my time in other gyms. The trainer is there to look after you and show you different exercises if needed to your level. I did feel intimated at first as you are in a group class so everyone can see how hard you are working but once I got into it I can see that this actually makes you work harder. I have only been a few times but I can already see and feel a massive difference in energy and how I look.”

I've gone to lot of different Gyms, but Your Gym beats them all. The workout is intense, and it's tough, but everytime I finish I am so proud of myself for pushing my body to the limit.I definitely recommend Your gym to anyone who is tired of the same daily gym routine. If you're looking for a change not only in your body, but also in your self confidence, this is it. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Your Gym is a gym that has returned bigger, better and stronger in a brand new facilities to include the best equipment and instructors in the industry. Where you are encouraged to give it your best. Whether you are a gym member or pay for by class, the owners and employees make you feel right at home. I highly recommend Your Gym to anyone who wishes to experience.

I highly recommend this gym. Within the past few weeks, there has been vast improvements. A lot of the machines used to be out of commission but now we actually see a maintenance man walking around working on the equipment throughout the day. I mostly go to Your Gym it is always well kept. I can personally see the difference in my fitness.

With over 30lbs to lose it is not easy to find a place where the workout is paced to my particular needs. Your Gym is that perfect blend of challenging workouts w/o the judgment of my fitness limitations. Four weeks into the program I am starting to reach my goals of weight loss and physical strength . . . Yeah! An added bonus is open gym. I can make up for missed classes or add to the workout routine.

I have been a member of many gyms but this is far the best, small and personal. All the trainers and friendly and approachable and know my first name! The concept is very new and always fun, the best bit it's not full of meat heads! They run classes every hour which are a mix of treadmills and strength. They monitor you by a heart rate strap so you can see if you are working out in the right zone. I have seen a massive difference and enjoy going!

I was looking for a gym in the Richmond / Twickenham area and I came across this place.... What a DIAMOND!
I'm 30 and have been a member of maybe 10 gyms in my lifetime.. most of which fizzled out in the usual way after a few months leaving me waiting for a regretful 12 month contract to end. You know the one..
But this place is different..
No long contracts for one. They basically help you personalise your training and focus your gym time to get the result you want. I know that sounds a bit cliché but they really do and it really works.
Its got a great vibe and offers some really refreshing training ideas. On top of all the technical gym tech stuff, theres a really nice team who know their stuff and are very approachable..
I've never written a review in my life but I was so bowled over I thought id broadcast this one. Its extremely good value and they give you a free session to try it out.
A very refreshing 5 Stars from me!

How refreshing...I got to twist, turn, push, pull with some added vibration for good measure and my well deserved cool down, I loved my visit to You Gym and am now a fully signed up member!
As a lover of outside, natural based training works best for me, almost dysfunctional training for functional movement, working with the way my body moves. It's really difficult to find trainers that will work in that manner, so many just write dull and boring exercise cards and expect you to get on with it.
Not only did my training session fly by, there seemed a real sense of belonging and community. The team were attentive to my needs, fun, extremely knowledgable and so friendly to all their guests, fat, thin, young, old, it seems to suit everyone. You have to smile and join in though!
Fantastic, I love it...my thighs are shrinking as we speak!

Went not knowing what to expect but the experience was amazing. I was assisted by Vicky who took me through all the exercises on the power plate and suggested doing interval training inbetween I did just 7 minutes (twice) intervals on the treadmill. Having been there for just over 40 minutes, I felt I had done a really good workout, my legs are now complaining!! Can't wait to go again though I would definitely recommend, and whilst working out you can look out on the River.
