Diane & Angela are so welcoming at Bella Nails, they can always fit me in for gel nails and always do a lovely job. The new premises are such an improvement and can offer more services. I love the offers they available and it's always a pleasure to visit!

Really happy with my pamper expierance at Bella Nails, really relaxing environment. All staff was really friendly, would recommend the salon to all my friends. Very professional and make customers feel more than welcome. :)

I have been going to Bella Spa for nearly a year now and I would not go anywhere else! Diana and her team always provide a warm welcome which is lovely after a long day at work. I usually have Gelish or Shellac and have been to other salons to have it done too but I always come back to Bella spa because my manicure lasts so much longer with them. There are a lot of salons who think Gelish/Shellac can just be slapped on like nail varnish and thats why it doesnt last but the ladies at Bella Spa have such attention to detail that it easily lasts 3 weeks! The salon has just moved behind Primark right in the middle of Manchester so it is a great location to pop in now and the new Salon is much bigger with a beautiful therpy room where you can have loads of treatments inclusing massage and facials. I highly recommend Bella spa for any age too and am planning to treat my Grandmother for her birthday :)

Definitely the friendliest service I have ever received. My nails were not that great, but now they are healthy and look fantastic. The advice and care I received was second to none - would recommend it (and have done already) to every lady I know!

I visited Bella Spa salon 3 weeks ago with my friend. We had aromatherapy massage with eyebrow service and my friend had Shellac Manicure. The salon is very spacious and right behind Primark so it is very easy to find.

We were offered drinks and made to feel very welcome right from start. There were 5 staff working on the day (it was Saturday). The massage room is very relaxing with candles and nice fragrance. The therapist is friendly and pays attention to details. I feel so relaxed after the massage.

My friend Shellac manicure lasted her 3 weeks now. We really like the salon and the exprience there. Thanks Angela, Diane and the staff for our great experience at your spa. We will definitely come back.

I paid £24 for a facial and manicure and found the overall experience dissapointing. The staff ( 1 person on their own due to sickness) were friendly enough but I felt that I received a poor service overall. I had a early appointment and arrived 20 mins early but didn't to be seen until my appointment time. However as the previous client was late my treatment started half an hour late so my overall wait was 50 mins. My facial was not as relaxing as expected and was painful at times. I believe this was because I experienced an 'anti wrinkle massage' on my face... I also had a luxury manicure but due to the previous overrun I felt this was somewhat rushed. There was no hand massage and the polish finish was poor. Although I did notice the client 's before me had a really nice shellac nails done!! I can't help feel that the service I received was also because I had a voucher from Wahada and wasn't one of their 'fully paying' clients.

I visited Bella Spa in March to have a Shellac manicure and my eyebrows threaded using a voucher offer. The salon is very conveniently located on a side road just behind Primark. Diane the owner carried out both my treatments and I found her to be both friendly and a very good therapist too. I was offered the choice of either Gelish or Shellac- which I opted for as it's what I usually have. I was very impressed to see that there was an extensive range of colours available, and Diane waited patiently as I debated which to go for! At the end of the treatments I was offered a complimentary hand massage which was a nice touch. I generally only get 10 days out of a Shellac manicure as I do a manual job, but on this occasion I got 13 days and I'm convinced that this was due to the way it was applied as the therapist seemed to take real care in making sure each nail was perfect before moving on to the next. I would definitely consider visiting this salon again for further treatments.

Easy to find, very friendly staff who provide lots of help and extra deals. Would definitely return and reccomend .

I took my sister for her birthday and we both loved it. Great value for money. Although a bit hard to find!!!
