The staff were unapproachable, pretentious and rude, the yoga teacher wasn't calming at all, told us we couldn't leave the room during the class- what if you're about to vomit like I nearly did?! The teacher was also a little on the tubby side- this was explained by her inability to do some of the poses! Surely a professional instructor would be skilled and an example of the benefits to your physique?? Not impressed at all, I have a ten day card but not sure I'll be using it again.

Oh and also- 1 SHOWER in the whole place! -That's between women and men! So either go home soaked in sweat or waste your evening even more by waiting an eternity to get your turn.

Totally disappointed by my experience here. Studio was small, very smelly, too cool. The teacher was a nice man, but seemed very inexperienced at teaching and seemed to have minimal knowledge of yoga generally. The class was very small (obviously others who may have come have, like me, not returned), and the students were rather incapable. Not a constructive atmosphere to good yoga practice.
