Our vision was to create a haven of tranquillity within the busy city of Leicester. Somewhere to escape from the hustle and bustle and relax whilst enjoying treatments, before returning to the hectic life outside our doors. We also wanted to create a place where clients could experience and enjoy spa treatments on the high street, without having to spend vast amounts of money at a day spa.
We offer a comprehensive range of treatments of the highest standard in a friendly and informal atmosphere. Everyone at Yates’s is fully qualified and dedicated in their areas of expertise and it is our aim to build relationships with our clients, enabling us to fully understand their needs and provide the best advice. Which is why we offer free consultations for all of our treatments.
However Yates' is something of a hidden gem (if you can find the door that is). Owned by a couple, you can't fault it's personal service and the staff's passion for the beauty industry. I had a Moor Spa facial there and found both the products and the treatment impressive.
Spread over two floors, it's actually a lot bigger than you give it credit for when you initially make your way up the staircase. The treatment rooms are well kitted out, whilst the manicure and tanning areas are bright and well-lit. The competitive prices are something to shout about too. For a salon slap bang in the city centre, you can't fault the value-for-money aspect.
