Very pleased with the service I received. The therapist was very nice and polite. The only downside was that they had run out of the colour I wanted but there was a very similar colour available so wasn't a problem! I would definitley go back again.

Good service - friendly/easy to book/relatively fast appointment time
clean & tidy - both sink area & haircut area kept clean
Would use again for haircut but may also use for nails

Very nice people here. Receptionist friendly and warm and no sense of being treated differently because using a low-cost voucher. Hair cut was good. Salon was very busy, so not relaxing in atmosphere, but very uptempo and lively!

I had Shellac nails done at this salon. On arrival I was very impressed by the facilities. I was offered a drink. We had a little bit of a wait but overall I was very happy with my nails. I chose a nice pink colour.

Salon lovely and warm in contrast to the cold outside. Asked if I would like a drink as trainee took my coat, had a coffee brought to me during consultation. Jade asked what I wanted and suggested how this should be done. Very good cut, blow dry and straighten. Reasonably priced outside the kgb offer, will go back again.

fantastic little haidressers, great friendly staff, could not do enough for you. I had top hairdresser stephen, who was great and spent loads of time on my hair and did not rush.

Visited the salon it was quite busy but Jade was friendly gave me magazines and an offer of a drink.Wash ok did a short massage but not friendly looked sullen(young blond hair junior)Overall great and Jade did a great job.

Brilliant salon - a lovely atmosphere! Had my hair washed with Wella and Aveda products which kept my hair soft and shiny for days! The wash also included a head massage which was lovely and relaxing. Steve cut and blow dried my hair; he was attentive, friendly and above all, he did an excellent job. I have long hair and was conscious of not losing too much length but getting rid of split ends. I was very happy with the end result and I would definitely recommend XS Hair and Beauty. I will be returning again in a couple of months!

From booking to cutting, the service was excellent! The staff made us very welcome and were eager to please. The hair salon was vibrant and busy and our haircuts were fantastic. We will certainly go back.

Amazing value and a hidden gem in Leeds. I was offered tea/coffee as soon as I came in, was seen early and had an amazing head massage during my hair wash. Had a conditioner treatment. The stylist was very good, I needed the split ends off without taking the length and she did it perfectly. Recommend highly!
