The hair stylist really listened to what my needs were. The cut itself was exactly what I wanted and despite me not wanting to have a lot of length taken off it was still noticeably styled. The finish was perfect and I felt very happy with the result. The stylist took time to both cut and dry my hair. I will definitely go again. It is easy to get to as about a 5 minute walk from Leeds City station.

The staff were very friendly.. They offered me drink immediately when I got there. Louise helped me with my hair re-style. £20 for haircut and blowdry was cheap. Love it!!! Good value for money!!!!!

This was for my first time at this hairdressers and I have to say it was a total disaster from start to finish. I can say with total conviction that it is the worse salon in Leeds. I had the misfortune to book in for a haircut and highlights with Jade. I asked for my dark hair to be made to look lighter for summer. Despite having booked in for a longer appointment I was told there wasn't enough time to lighten all my hair but she would add lighter tones to my hair; and it was up to me what colours I wanted to go for. I said I hated the dark colour right now, and most definately didn't want red..............so I ended up with black hair with a hint of red. The best thing was when it was dried and I saidd it was the wrong colour the sylist next to me started laughing and whispering abut me to his client. When I complained I was told that I wouldn't see the lighter tones in daylight, and that she could only make my hair darker. I said I was unhappy paying for a colour I hated, and asked to see the manager when she refused to budge on the price. I was told to stand on the steps out of everyones way....and after waiting for some time, only to find no manager bothered to come I walked out. Disgusting service, disgusting salon, terrible stylist.

Went to get my hair cut this Today quite disappointed with the service I explained how I wished my hair restyled all she did was trim my hair and no one noticed even my BF couldn't tell the difference !!! Very bad I feel like i wasted my money choosing XS I am sure every a barber round the corner who doesn't hold a degree in hairdressing could have done a better job. Very bad cut WILL NEVER RECOMMEND any one !!!!!

.I arrived early and they were very accommodating. The ambiance was relaxed. I had a lovely head massage after having my hair washed. The girl I had asked what I would like and made some suggestions. I really liked the cut and it didn't grow out too quickly.Would defiantly recommend

the booking and service was all quite simple and routine however wasn't given the choice of a more senior stylist the voucher said could have a treatment to the value of 53.00 but the stylist that i was given was only 37.00 !!!!

Really nice salon with really friendly staff from the reception staff to the stylist. I have already booked to go back. The haircut was very good value for money and the stylist styled my hair nicely.
The voucher was a bit misleading as it stated that the treatment was meant to last 1 1/2- 2 hours and was worth £52 based on having highlights. However, the treatment lasted about an hour and wouldn't have cost £52 as it was just a haircut (so not sure why the voucher referred to highlights). I am not sure if this is Wahanda's fault/the salons but a haircut in the centre of Leeds for £15 is brilliant and I would certainly recommend it.

I went between Christmas and New Year so it was very quiet and the staff weren't rushed off their feet so hard to judge it in some ways, but nothing to complain about.
They were very accommodating on the phone when arranging an appointment, even when i needed to change it, it was no bother. And there was none of the voucher snobbery/limited time slots nonsense a lot of salons restrict you with.
Ambiance was nice and relaxed but trendy. I had scrapped my unwashed hair into a ponytail that morning but I didn't feel intimidated by the setting or staff. In fact they were very friendly (especially the girl who washed my hair) but also took the hint if you'd rather read a magazine while having your hair cut.
I got a really great cut - that is still working for me some weeks later - at a great price.
I was offered a hot drink, a head massage and encouraged to pop in for free fringe trims. Can't ask for more really.
Oh and the stylist - Jodie - when finishing up asked if I usually used straightners, I don't, and it's refreshing to be given the choice! Too many flat-iron happy stylists out there sometimes!
Great little salon in a cool old building behind the corn exchange, will be going back.
