If you're looking for a swimming pool, fitness gym or aerobic studio in Braintree, then look no further! Xpect is conveniently located and close by all of Braintree's residential areas. The festive season is approaching but don't wait until the New Year to start exercising. Try and fit in a quick 30 minute workout a couple of times a week. You'll reap the benefits before the year's out. Why would you use any other gym, leisure centre or swimming pool? With the exception of Christmas Day, we are open every day of the year. On weekdays, the club opens at 6am and closes at 10.30pm and at the weekends, we open at 8am and close at 7pm. On Bank Holidays hours, we vary these hours. So there's no excuse, even the busiest person can fit in 2 or 3 visits a week! No matter how old or fit you are, we offer a club induction, and advise on the most suitable studio classes to attend. Alternatively, if you’ve had a long day, why not unwind in our sauna, spa bath or steam room. There’s even a coffee shop on hand to relax and read a newspaper in before leaving.
