Sameera was lovely, I’m not used to getting waxes but she made sure I was comfortable and talked to me during the service which helped calm my nerves. Friendly and accommodating service. I have waxing salons close to my house, but I always choose to make the walk to come here.

Usually a really good service but was waiting 45 min, previously I had been 10 min late for an appointment and lost out on part of my treatment because there wasn’t time (even though I’d paid) so it was disappointing that there was no compensation or voucher for the extremely long wait. Also part of my skin has come off my arm as the waxer went over it too much. Still got a mark from two weeks ago.

I booked to get my eyebrows threaded and for some reason wax was applied. I wasn’t told that this would happen and didn’t expect it because I’d obviously booked for threading. By the time it was applied it was too late. Because of the skincare products I have been using, the wax has ripped off a layer of my skin and has left an unsightly mark which will likely scar. I used to come here for all my body wax treatments but now won’t book again.
