This is the first time I have seen Bobbi. She was very professional. I arrived early she ensured I was seen promptly but did not compromise on the other client that was on time for their appointment. She displayed excellent customer service . She made me feel comfortable. Thank you . The receptionist was very friendly and called me by my first name and greeted me and
this made me feel welcomed etc.

It was my 4th appointment for the laser hair removal, and I barely have any hair left. I was trying laser at other places but I could barely see any difference after the appointments, so I’m very happy that I finally found this place and Bobby. She is really focused on the results and that’s what I need. She is also a very nice person, and so are the receptionists.
