We and my mum paid upfront for sopronna laser treatment as we were told. Had our 3rd and 2nd appointment today and there was a sign outside that the clinic is closed untill further notice because Dr Shrivas Kini has not paid his rent of £180!!!! Rang the number he gave us and it is a totally different number of another clinic which he doesnt own. All im saying we want our money back. Everyone on her type in Dr Shrivas Kini, leeds into google and see what comes up (SHOCKING)

I bought a deal from groupon for IPL hair removal, and the whole process has been a joke for the following reasons:
1) Initial consultation was poor, the recptionist man appears also to be the doctor/ therapist so he was juglging calls with my appt, the appointment ran late therefore
2) I needed to re-arrange my first laser appointment and it took a whole week of calling to get through..the phones are not manned during working hours
3) There appears to be no communication between receptionist and therapist as the therapist then called to cancel my appointment that I had already cancelled anyway!
4) Turned up for the new appointment only to find the whole place was shut down! There had been no messages left to cancel the appointment. I left a message on there answer machine asking for urgent response to their disapearing act..it took a week for them to get to me..with no appolgy
5) The staff informed me they are having issues so shut the place down for a few days
Overall I never even received the treatment due to constant poor communication, I would strongly advice anyone NOT to go there as I don't think it will be long before they go under due to the poor way the 'business' is conducted.....save your money for a more professional place.

I had a full body massage here. I will not be going back...
1) The room I was in was brightly lit with florescent lights. Salons I have visited in the past have had dimmed lighting and candles burning to create a relaxed atmosphere, so the bright lights didn't prepare me for relaxation. Not my kind of atmosphere for a massage.
2) The batteries in the smoke alarms needed changing, so there was a consistent bleeping sound throughout my massage.
3) The CD playing music skipped and became stuck.
4) There was a fridge in the room that made noise with a dusty, out-dated pair of bathroom scales leaning up against it.
5) The bin in the ladies toilet was full to over-flowing and the room could've been cleaner.
6) The cold tap on the sink was not secure.
7) I felt under pressure to buy reduced botox treatments. I was asked three times in the space of 20-25 minutes to consider botox treatment and was told I would be asked again after my massage! It made me feel like leaving there and then.
8) My treatment was for 1 hour and it lasted 45 minutes.
The therapist and the doctor made the impression they were desperate for money.
I know it's a business and they are interested in making a profit but they did not come over professional and confident but desperate.
If they cannot pay attention to detail, like keeping a bathroom immaculately clean, the bin empty, repair a tap, replace batteries, have CDs that don't skip, create a relaxed atmosphere and make their clients feel valued, the business will not be very successful. I would not have a clinical treatment done here. I am not going back.

I had a Swedish massage here using 'groupon'. I have to say I was a little nervous what to expect and especially after reading the bad review about the massage. However my experience couldn't be more different (and pleasant). The staff were friendly and a man explained the treatment options. I was advised to undress to my pants and a towel was also supplied. The therapist (a pleasant young lady) did not enter the room until I was ready. The towels were clean and the couch not rickety! A heater was put on to warm the room further and no way was it cold. Music was fine and relaxing. The room had pleasantly subdued lighting. Very soon I felt completely at ease and enjoying the massage from the young lady who took care to ensure I was comfortable and that the massage was the right pressure. I think it lasted 45-50 minutes and after I was brought a glass of refreshing cold water and I guess the remaining time was to relax and dress. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. The only comment I would have is that there was no facility to wash off the oil after though it had been well rubbed in. I suggest don't wear your best! I came out feeling very relaxed and happy. I can't wait to go again! You would have to be pretty hard to please to find fault with the treatment I had!

I purchased 3 groupon vouchers for myself and two daughters for a full body massage and deep cleansing facial. My daughter and I went on 22nd October at 1.30pm. The place was easy enough to find but there were only two young girls there, neither appropriately dressed to deliver massage treatments. We were shown to a dark room with two rickety old beds covered in scruffy looking black towels and told to undress; at which point my daughter wanted to leave, but I presuaded her to give the massage a try. We undressed and waited, one young woman entered and started 'massaging' my daughter whilst I lay waiting for at least 10 minutes. The second girl came rubbed my back, back of legs then dissappeared again for at least 10 more minutes again. When she returned she asked me to roll over and a assume did the facial?? The whole experience was dreadful, unprofessional and totally dreadful. My youngest daughter is due to use her voucher next week but I cannot put her through the ordeal so am cancelling it! My other daughter was scared and dare not close her eyes, the music was aweful and the old cd player kept jumping!! terrible, experience. When the girl asked me if I had enjoyed it I had to be honest and say no; I asked her if she was qualified as I doubt either of the girls were! She did say she had done massage at Bradford College??? It was cold, grimey and horrible!! My daughters and I have had lots of massages and would not have believed these people can actually operate legally with these terrible standards!

Well, I appreciated the fact rhat I wasnt paying for a fancy clinic and surplus staff in white uniforms.
I had an evening appointment and the onlymperson there was the man who did the treatment.
I didnt feel intimidated at all. Although I might have found the location more difficult if it had been dark, but the nights are light at the moment and that gave me lots of confidence.
The procedure was very simple. Quite restful. I have only made one visit so far and have another one booked. I cant yet say how effective the treatment is, but it is certainly very easy and non-invasive.

I started off with my bikini and under arm hair removal, and have been so happy with it that I've just started having my lower legs done also. I'm going on holiday in July and am looking forward to not having to worry about shaving while I'm sunning myself - fab!!

Five weeks ago I had botox under and between my eyes Less than a week later the left side of my face had drooped to the extent that friends and work colleagues thought that I was suffering from a stroke or bells palsy. I returned to the clinic where the Doctor said he would straighten things up and put more botox in. I developed a bruise just above my cheekbone where some of the botox was injected . A week later I was unable to smile properly and couldn't show my teeth. The muscles down the centre of my face either side of my nose had frozen. I have strange bags under my eyes and 'chipmunk' cheeks. When talking or eating my top lip doesn't move causing me difficulties. The gap between my nose and top lip has increased as the frozen muscles have caused my nose to pull up and pulled my top lip down.. My son has described the way I look as that of a character from the Grinch. Other people have likened me to The Joker from batman and a chimp from Planet of the Apes. I have been back and told him I'm not happy with the results. I was given some kind of radio frequency treatment which hasn't made any difference.. I am so unhappy. This has caused me a lot of heartache and embarrassment. and I just hope and pray that my face returns to normal. I would be interested to know who wrote the last review as she seems to have had a similar experience.

Hello bunty
We're sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience with your treatment and hope that you are feeling better now. If you want to know more about possible side effects of Botox® application, have a read here:
http://www.botoxcosmetic.com/home.aspx
They mention "Other side effects of BOTOX® Cosmetic include: [...] tiredness, headache, neck pain, and eye problems: double vision, blurred vision, decreased eyesight, drooping eyelids, swelling of your eyelids, and dry eyes."
I bought the Botox treatment and initially went to the Leeds branch. Having had this treatment before I knew what to expect and a black eye was not what I thought I'd be walking out with. I called the clinic and was told to buy some ointment (£20 worth) and it should heal. Within days I realised the Botox had been injected too deep and below my eyes which I have never had before. This caused the black eye and unevenness under my eyes. It's especially noticeable when I smile as one side of my face lifts whereas the other doesn't and it makes me look like I big bags and shadows under my eyes. Friends and family commented on how tired I looked because of the dark circles. Other than this I had droopy eyebrows and found it difficult to focus. I have never had this before and ended up taking time off work so that my black eye could heal and then because I couldn't drive due to difficulty in being able focus. I felt tired, depressed and couldn't look someone in the face because I didn't know if I was staring at them when what I was really doing was trying to focus. My husband was furious as he was against me having this treatment but I ended up calling the clinic and went to the Sheffield branch where I was given the (painful) galvanic treatment. Mine must have been 10 times the strength of any normal one because my while face was vibrating to the point I started to cry with the amount of pain it caused. A few days later I ended up calling the clinic again because I still could drive and my eyes lids felt so heavy that I couldn't wait for the day to come to an end so that I could go to bed. I was so desperate that i went back and had another very painful galvanic treatment and top up Botox to help lift my brows and eye lids.
It's now been almost a month since my treatment and although things are a little better, I'm counting the days for when the Botox wears off. I would have the treatment again but would prefer to pay more and go to a clinic I have been to before. This was a nightmare experience and cost me more than it would have if I had gone to a clinic closer to where I live. My 3 visits to the clinic clocked up more then 500 miles and my husbands days off work so that he could drive me there.
As for the clinic, it was clean and staff were friendly. The doctor was willing to see me at short notice and seemed like a nice guy but other then fact that this caused me lots of pain, depression and time off work, it also ended up costing me twice as much as I would have paid the more expensive clinic near me.

Overall a good experience, the therapist was very good and explained the full procedure to me, and was telling me at each stage what she was doing, and commented on the condition of my skin
