The venue was very calming and pleasent. the consultant was kind and patience , and very helpful, she gave me a lot of advise, I really enjoyed the experience , I shall certainly recommend them ,

Angie and Sharna made me feel instantly welcome and comfortable. Their venue is clean, relaxed and a welcome warmth from the cold.

Usually, you would expect an environment which verges on the clinical. This experience is the exact opposite. The informal, but construcive way that the assessment was executed was really quite clever.

Yes, they are selling a brand, but at no point did you feel there was any hard sell.

As for the assessment itself, they have these funky DO IT ALL/TELL ALL scales which forms the basis of your assessment. A series of questions are asked about your lifestyle and from the latter, an extensive conversation is had about whatever changes/improvements that can be made.

Some of it I was already aware of, but other things were a complete revelation to me. Both Angie and Sharna have said to "drop in anytime" for a re assessment to see what progress (if any!) has been made - I might just drop in to enjoy the herbal tea they gave me!

Very friendly staff and usefull information about Nutritional facts , the food I pick in my diet.
It has definitely helped me thinking about my diet so thank you so much for the shocking sugar course.

This was a really nice offer as it was totally free. The staff at the welness centre were really friendly helpfull and supportive.
I have done the shocking sugar course which explains about nutritional facts etc.
and I did get a free facial with nice gentle skin care products...very nice..would definitely return and tell others about this place. Its central located near the a6 in Stockport - Buxton rd and easy to find.

Really good advice. Great friendly aproach, I have eventually found the wright place for good well being and nutritional advice
