The therapist was lovely. I prefer a firm massage so next time will book a sports massage as this was a little light for me.
The bed head rest wasn’t very comfortable but the therapist was made aware and will hopefully mend the exposed metal.

Facial was wonderful & unlike anyone I have had had before as used a kind of tapping technique. Therapist Phil was very relaxing and knew what she was doing, my skin was glowing for days afterwards and felt very relaxed. I will definitely be going back. Only downside was you could hear the goings on from the gym below a little bit.
