It's unique because you choose the options you want - Just hike all week and relax with extra therapies, or take a break to kick start your fitnesss goals and get support for lifestyle change. We do things differently. We are not a military style boot camp, we want to offer a holiday retreat which is tailored to each guest.

Hiking, resistance and cardiovascular training, circuits, yoga, are options. Informal lifestyle and nutrition information available. We can work with you on an individual program.

You can enjoy great wholefoods which are organic, fresh and locally produced (where possible) sourced from our local National Trust farm. Everything is nutritionally balanced & we don’t starve you - you will have the benefit of detoxing on wheat, dairy and additive free menu

Our personal trainers have a track record of achieving great weight loss results for clients who are coming to the retreat to lose weight.

A Spa therapy is included in your stay – relax and rejuvinate in one of our local 5* Spas - plunge in the spa pools, detox in the thermal suites and enjoy spa cuisine at its best!

We run a Hiking Spa and Explore Program at the end of each month; it is an active hiking holiday and vacation package (1 week) without any particular emphasis on weight loss, but in our retreat setting far away from the crowds and stress of everyday life. Why not come for an active holiday vacation, walking the fantastic Pembrokeshire Coast National Park path and do some sightseeing as well.

Our accommodation is in The National Trust Stackpole centre, the Manor or cottages on the Stackpole or Colby Estates, or in a fantastic local family run hotel. (Depends on week booked)
