I went with my mum for a girly spa day & overnight stay. We had a wonderful weekend & I couldn't fault this hotel in any way. We didn't have any treatments in the spa but we spent most of the day there on Friday and Saturday morning and had a wonderful time. (Only fault there isn't many loungers around the pool) The hotel is only a 5 minute taxi drive away from Headingley so it's ideally placed. All in all a wonderful hotel to go for a one night relaxing getaway.
my first experience of a spa day:- nice venue, not much of a relaxation area, supose to recieve a 40minute back treatment each- my partner did and had extra on his shoulders and legs, but disappointingly i got 25-30mins on my back!! meal choices werent the best and certainly werent LIGHT! staff were friendly and good value for money but will take this into account when booking another elsewhere.
