I had a coupon so I didn't pay full price.
Firstly, you enter through a hair dresser. Be prepared for that! The venue itself is clean and functional, and does what it does.
Secondly, Mimi has a 'distinct' bedside manner - and it will rub some people up the wrong way. I didn't mind that approach, and to me it's not a bad thing. However, there isn't the attention and care you would expect when doing something so personal. It took me explaining I was a beginner, that I had never done this kind of thing before and that I was nervous - and that helped. Things were explained in a little more detail and there was more care taken. My one criticism is that there isn't much information given to you when you arrive, the apprehension one feels isn't dealt with and everyone is treated like they have done it before. That is a bad thing.
Remember, you aren't at a doctors surgery or hospital - so dont expect that level of care or customer service.
Thirdly, the process itself is fine. Just relax...
At one stage I got the impression that she knew more about my body than I did. That's ok, as I am sure she has done this for a while. But again, I can understand how some people might find this a little hard to take.
Overall it was alright.
I do feel better. Mimi's after even talk, her shared experiences and her tips were very helpful.
Would I do this again with Vitacentre? Maybe. Probably not.
Will I take her advice? Definitely.
