I could not be more happier with my experience at Urban Wellbeing. The female therapists was very kind and really good at what she does, especially the Organic Pedicure. The decor of the Salon is just wonderful, I would love to have my front room decorated the same. I love the wallpaper the most. This place is a MUST visit.

This was my first time waxing treatment. Great location and all the staff very welcoming. In particular Aimee (Thereapist) was fantastic in explaining the treatment in full, which included post treatment care.

Highly recommended.

Second time I've visited Urban Wellbeing and certainly won't be my last.

Great little salon, great staff, lovely decor.

Aimee is ace. A wonderful waxer and her chatty, friendly nature makes the time fly by.

Value for money and I couldn't recommend the place highly enough

I go to Urban Wellbeing for the fantastic sunbeds. The quirky decor is great and gives you a fab unusual retreat away from bustley Soho. Simon, one of the owners, is always super friendly and lovely, making you feel instantly at home. Cameron, (the other owner - also lovely) is the male waxer and does a great job on my boyfriends back!

The place was easy to find and the staff were helpful. Not particularly relaxing as it has tanning upstairs. I arrived a little early but was shown straight downstairs for my treatment which was great. The therapist was okay. She did a good job and with waxing thats all I want. All in all good value for £10

Really didnt enjoy my experience here at all. The venue is incredibly hot inside so I had to sit in the street to wait for my therapist (it doubles as a tanning place) for fear of fainting. When she came out to get me she didnt introduce herself or speak to me at all throughout the waxing. The room is lovely and big, but its down some dodgy stairs which I wasnt helped down at all despite having a backpack on and carrying two large bags. She was lucky I didnt trip and fall! The overall leg wax was fine, but I was left with sticky wax on my thighs which then chaffed me horribly on my way home. I definately wont be going back!

I was very happy with the therapist as I had a voucher for just legs wax but she actually waxed my bikini as well for no extra charges. She was really friendly and professionale with many years of experience and same nationality as well.
I just didn't go back to this place as it's not so convenient to me as location and also i keep finding different offers on waxing on wahanda so i just prefer saving money.

Small venue conveniently located near oxford circus station, which was very hot when i arrived as reception is right next to some tanning machines. The therapist was very nice but the waxing treatment was quite painful and not very thorough. For the special Wahanda price, it was worth it. It looks like it's mainly used for men's grooming.

Super convenient locality and a lovely atmosphere in this small but popular salon. Arriving on a monsoon-like day, it was a pleasure to see clients greeted with enthusiasm and thoroughly taken care of at reception regardless of our bedraggled, soggy state! Appointment times had unfortunately slipped in terms of punctuality that afternoon, but the apologies were heartfelt and the appointment itself was not rushed. To be honest, I was pleased the therapist was very professional about taking the time to determine my exact preferences rather than hurrying to make up for the delay.

You can never say you enjoy a Hollywood wax but this was as near as damn it. The reception staff and therapist were very friendly. The only let down I would say was the nooks and crannies were not quite reached, and I think this was due to the strip wax.
