Very good treatment with excellent therapist. Nails looked lovely afterwards and would definitely go again. Combined this visit with shopping in Manchester and the venue was perfect. A lovely spa/salon which is relaxing within a busy department store.

I had shellac nails and a hand treatment (exfoliation & moisturisation). I thoroughly enjoyed the treatment as a whole.
I went along with my sister, who's shellac polish didn't last 24 hours before chipping/peeling. My polish has faired better, lasting 5 days before a couple of nails have started to peel. In fairness the therapist commented that shellac doesn't last as long on shorter nails, which both myself and my sister had on this occasion.

The girl who did my manicure was extremely professional. The treatment included a paraffin bath and my hands felt wonderful afterwards. I had a shellac polish and 2 weeks on it is still in tact.

I thought for £25 it was terrible value for money. The therapist hardly made a difference to the appearance of my feet apart from a little nail polish which I could have done myself. Yes I received a herbal tea and a warm shoulder press but I dont think I got value for money on my treatment. 2 of the girls sat on reception and chatted, the music was loud and unrelaxing and spoilt the ambience, the floor was dirty and I certainly didnt feel like a valued customer.

I had been here before and so I knew that the service was good here. The atmospehere is a nice and quiet even though it is situated inside Debenhams.

I had the Minx manicure.

I loved the different designs that you could choose, but unfortunately they only lasted around 4 days. I do admit that i probably didnt look after them well enough but I would expect them to have lasted longer for the price. My nails were quite short at the time so I am not sure if that made a difference.
I would have them done again for a special occasion, but probably not at full price.

When we arrived we were offered herbal tea, from a wide selection, while we chose our nail colour and the therapist prepared the treatment area. We were each treated for just over 40 minutes and it was one of the best pedicures that I have had - the hot wheat bag across the shoulders was a lovely relaxing touch. When we were finished, we were again offered tea whilst our nails dried and although it was lunch time we were not rushed. The therapist was chatty and friendly without being over familiar.
I will certainly be using this salon again, as I would give it top marks.

Really nice little spa tucked away in Debenhams - the spa was lovely and tranquil, the therapist was very professional (as well as being nice) and I loved my Minx nails!

I'll definately be going again, they're getting fish pedicure area in soon which I'm dying to try.

the spa was great, i thought it wouldn't feel like a spa and have any ambience because it was in a department store, but i was wrong.

The therapist was lovely, and very professional and i truly enjoyed my treatment, i was also given a choice of herbal tea or water and had a lovely warm lavender wheatbag placed on my shoulders. which has a nice little extra.

Will recommend (and have been) to all my friends and family.
