Very nice therapist, very professional service. Not rushed or made to feel that the competitively priced voucher meant a quicker or lesser service (which does sometimes happen at some places). Close to M62 motorway junction and a nice, relaxing location. Will definitely return.

Spent a lovely relaxing hour enjoying a facial using my wahanda voucher. Really friendly yet professional staff who took time to ensure I felt valued as a customer.

It was just what i needed a swedish full body massage,firm yet reaxing,got all the knots out of my shoulders! would definatly recommend it .A* treatment, friendly and helpful staff. i would give it 10 out of 10.

Visited Urban with my friends. The girls there were very accommodating. I opted for the hot stone massage - cracking price through wahanda and it didn't disappoint (as you always think things that you get a bit cheaper will!). The stone massage was fab - I loved it. Great therapy room. Lovely colours (chocolates and lime) and fab little touches with lighting - glow balls around the door, light up dragon flies on the wall, and my favourite - a starry lit soft ceiling! Perfect for when you're coming round from such relaxation. Comfy bed, with lots of soft towels to cover you and a quilted blanket to make sure you were cosy.
Another touch I loved - when I needed to be turned over, the therapist whispered to me so as not to interrupt the relaxation - very professional I thought.
I will definitely be going back!

Bought this package for my sister Joanne who lives local and she really enjoyed it. She thought the salon was lovely and the therapist was very friendly and for someone who doesnt ordinarily do beuaty treatments she loved it ans said she would definelty visit again.Joanne has spray tan, eyelash tint and minx nails and she loves loves loves it!

I bought a head neck and shoulder massage for my mum's birthday. She was very pleased with the therapist and the treatment. She was however a little dissappointed with the venue and paticularly the steep steps which weren't mentioned. Overall however she felt it was good value for money and would book a similar offer again.

Hi, sorry your mum was disappointed with the steps, we welcome any questions clients may have before purchasing vouchers, if we had been made aware of your mum's situation regarding too many steps before hand we would have possibly advised her against a purchase if she suffers with any walking difficulties or if it had been mentioned at the time of booking we could have located her in the lower treatment room. Many thanks.
Fantastic staff and service , i have already booked to re visit , really warm geniune staff, (not fake like some other places)
Treatments were great and so relaxing , small venue but perfect everyone should try this place !
