Synergy Spa is a great place to go for a massage- their staff create a warming atmosphere all around. Hannah who did my massage was FANTASTIC! I was so relaxed and she was amazing! Ive recomended her to all my mates especially those who do alot of sport! Ive said Hannah is who i recomend! She is brilliant. Very friendly and a happy warm person with great abilities to create such a good relaxed massage for even those tough muscles. Very pleased with the result and i WILL be back soon.

Wow- I only thought it was a normal hair dressers- turns out to be what it says in the name- A SPA! A fabulous one as well. A Colonic is what I have been wanting for ages so I have now booked a course of 3 for a very good price! Im also part of the gym with Richard who is very motivative and praise like! I love him! Thx Rich!

4/5 I think for my day! I have had a treatment done here before it was taken over by UK Hair Holistics and they have done the place up very very very well!

I had my hair coloured today and I love it- nice and pink! I find hairdressing very interesting as I also want to be like Lindsay who did my hair when I get older! Im only 14 at the mo and soon I will be able to do hairdressing of my own. I aim to have my own salon just like synergy spa which is just Amazing!

Colonic and hypnotherapy treatments were done by Sharron who when did my colonic- really got rid of a lot of rubbish- I even felt that sick that when it was released I soon shot up feeling completely refreshed. I'm certainly coming back for another course of 3!

Lisa did my hair and wow! I have had a colour of red and a bit of blue put in my hair- just in time for the world cup! She was very cheerful and kept conversation going with me- a very nice person to be with!

A 5 STAR SPA! TOTAL HAPPINESS!

I had a session of Boxercise with Cheryle at the spa in the Gym and I have since then been back and tried out the gravity machines which really do pull your muscles- its made me a lot fitter and healthier. I have lost over 2 & 1/2 stone with going over 4 months! Thats SUCCESS!

I have also made Synergy Spa my local hair dressers with Kirsty! She is very chatty and friendly with me which I found was very polite compared to my old barbers in Grantham! This salon is a real customer care place which does want to please its customers! Kirsty left me a very happy person with my nice new look! Thanks Kirsty x

I came during october last year when you first opened but not fully- I found the spa very relaxing and spiritual! I had a massage with a lady (forgot her name) and she was brill! The spa was still being built but in the room even without the music- it built up a great ambiance of positivity. Loved it- hope to be back soon!

Synergy Spa was AMAZING- Sharron my colonic treatment therapist really can do a good colonic- i was sure blocked up. She said I had a lot of trapped energy just waiting to come out! Too right! I am now a much happier person and through also her expert Weight Loss Advice- I have stuck on the spas own weight loss program for over a month on their tasty shakes and Chicken soup. I love them!

I have since had my hair cut with Hair Principle Mel Wade who is absolutely brilliant! She is the best hair dresser I have ever been with. She is very friendly like each and every other staff member at the spa including the two ladies who asked me if I wanted a drink whilst waiting for my treatments. I love synergy Spa- a great addition to Grantham- So pleased it is here!
