The staff are lovely adn very helpful. Rooms were comfortable. Spa area has everything you need, not too crowded. Dinner and breakfast was of high quality, plenty to choose from. Would definitely recommend

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Ufford Park. We had the thermal suite to ourselves and really relaxed and played. Check in was effecient and friendly, the room very clean and overlooking the golf course and dinner was well above expectations. Our breakfast was OK, not wonderful, but acceptable and the facial was very relaxing. Unfortunately for me my sensitive skin did have a reaction later in the day! Not unexpected though.
Overall we had a great time and it was very good value for money.

The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The spa area was really nice, clean and fairly quiet so we didn't feel we had to rush using any of the facilities. The meals were tasty and beautifully presented. The facials were very relaxing and the therapists seemed knowledegable.

staff very helpful and friendly. when phoned them and while we were there room clean, towels were missing but were brought with in a few minutes when we phoned them.food was ok but not hot and could have been better , pool and spa nice. treatments were excellent. on the whole we had a nice weekend, good value. we would go again.

We went to Ufford Park having heard good things but not really knowing what to expect and we were very pleased with our stay. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with an amazing view of the golf course and beyond. The staff was extremely attentive and we felt very welcome, almost like VIPs! The Thermal Suite was a really nice surprise and we spent several hours in there. My choice of treatment was the Anti-cellulite Firming Treatment, and would totally recommend. You get a localised cellulite treatment on your thighs (which definitely left my skin firmer and smoother) and at the same time a lush back massage! What more can you ask for? My therapist Aimee was lovely and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable, even going back to reception to grab the towel and robe pack that we had not been given when signing in. We were feeling so relaxed just a few hours after arriving. The cherry on top was most definitely the meal we had that evening. What a delight! Would most certainly consider going back.

I booked the over night spa break as a treat for my Mum's 50th Birthday and we both loved it. The staff were very friendly and no job was too big or small for them, they all had a smile on their faces and seemed genuinely happy to help.
The spa facilities were good, there is a good range or steam rooms and the hydro-pool is lovely.
We had an evening meal and cooked breakfast which again was lovely, the food was of good quality and a good selection of meals to choose from.

The room was also very nice, basic as you would expect but it did the job. I also asked for a view of the golf range which they accomodated so it's always good to ask!

Overall we both had a lovely time and my Mum enjoyed her birthday!

Food and service was excellent in both resturant and bar. The room was comfortable with good pillows. All treatments were relaxing and staff attentive . Would definitely visit again

I thought this break was excellent value for money, we had a great time. The Spa was well worth the 4 stars and we tried all the different Therma Experiences which were fab. My only disappointment is that there were several large groups using the Therma suite that weekend and people kept leaving their stuff on the seats/recliners to reserve them which left others with nowhere to sit. Maybe a few more chairs are required or bigger signs to tell users not to reserve seating.

Separate treatments booked were affordable, well worth the money and a real treat. Therapists very qualified, professional, friendly & helpful. Make sure you book well ahead to avoid disappointment as they get very busy.

The food in the restaurant was fantastic, portions were on the large side, but well worth the money.
The bar was nice, food from here was a bit pricey but the drinks (hot choc etc) were lush and a good price.
Rooms were very clean & comfortable as were bathroom facilities. We didnt use the golf course but it looked popular and the walk/trim trail around the grounds is well laid out.

Will definately go back again & again for the spa.

Took my fiancée to Ufford Park Hotel and Spa for a one-night spa break. We were made to feel extremely welcomed and really enjoyed our stay. The spa was really nice and the facial was described as one of the best by my fiancée! The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent both in quality and quantity. After our stay we ventured into Woodbridge and Aldeburgh, which was very chilled and relaxing - great weekend away and very worth it :)

I enjoyed a hot stone massage and an 'All About You' facial, both of which were divine. I asked for a firm massage and despite the therapist being tiny (I'm only 5'4' and felt giant next to her) she really packed a punch! The facial was calming and my skin felt wonderful afterward, I didn't even care when I arrived home and my boyfriend laughed at my shiny face (I opted for the night cream as it was an evening appointment).

I arrived early and although I would have been very happy to sit on their comfy leather sofas and wait they allowed me to go in 15 minutes early.

All the staff I encountered were really friendly and helpful. I hadn't been there before and everything was explained fully. The treatment room was warm and comfortable... I spent most of my time in there in a dreamy half waking, half snoozing state.

I will definitely be going back - and the sooner the better!
