David was lovely and gave me a great haircut, I went as I had a groupon voucher, but it's in a very convenient location, the staff are friendly, and I had a great experience so I will definitely go there again.

Friendly, professional staff. Excellent colouring, listened to requests, adviced accordingly. Did not cut too much off but listened to what style I wanted and adviced me on the best way to achieve this in the future. Throughly enjoyed the treatment, excellent value for money, and with the added bonus of 50% off next time I will definitely book again

I will never go back to that salon. It doesn't look like a salon from the outside, more like a house. I was not sure it was the right place so I phoned them and no one answered. So I knocked and got in. The woman who greeted me was ok. I was on time but i remember having to wait for 45 minutes. I had my hair highlighted. When the product as applied, I was left on my own for a long time. They didn't tell me how long. Then I had my haircut. I was ok, nothing special about it. The hairdresser was nice though. The worse part was when I looked at myself on the mirror: the colour was horrible. I asked for something natural, I just wanted some blond highlights. It looked yellow, very artificial and didn't look like me at all. The colour specialist just gave me a sample of special shampoo to apply at home but it didn't work. So I lost my money, my time and I had to wait a few weeks looking like that before having new highlights done elsewhere. Not happy!

I went here in March 2012 with my sister.
The staff where really helpful and polite.
I was really happy with the colour and cut.
All the staff where friendly one of them even drew me a map for the nearest car park.
I would defiantly recommend this salon and will go back with the loyalty card they gave us with 50% discount on our next visit.

I visited this salon on a busy Friday afternoon for highlights and a cut and blow. On entering the salon I was greeted by a friendly young girl who sat me down and made me a coffee. Despite the busyness I was made to feel very relaxed in the cosy salon. My stylist did a very thorough consultation, talking me through the colour, suggesting I try something a bit lighter to brighten my very dull hair. I have been colouring my own hair for the last few months and it was in desperate need of a lift!! Making sure i was happy with the chosen colour before proceeding, we then chatted about the cut and what I wanted and was able to manage at home with 3 little ones taking up most of my time. Whilst sitting having my colour done and waiting for it to take, I felt comfortable reading a magazine relaxing amongst the buzz of the salon. I was also given a lovely scalp massage during shampooing.
My cut is fantastic, the stylist did exactly what I wanted and my colour looks amazing!! I will be reccomending this salon to all my friends, I had a great afternoon and I'm looking forward to my next visit especially as I was given a loyalty card offering me 50% off my next treatment!!

Thank you so much to all the staff at Twilight Salons for making my experince on Saturday wonderful. The salon was busy which you would expect on that day, the reception was welcoming. I was offered a choice of hot and cold drinks amd magazines. I went to the salon for colour and cut, the stylist was friendly and professional with the consultation, explaining to me what they were going to do to get the look I wanted. The colour match to my previous colour was spot on and got a more modern hairstyle too. My friends love the new look., I'm SO happy with the result I would recommend the salon to anyone. The 50% off my next visit was a wonderful suprise and I'll definately be back to make use of it.

The reason we were at Twilight was for a photoshoot in their studio. We went as a family of 4 (myself, husband and two teenage sons). To be quite honest, we were a bit apprehensive about it all, having never done this sort of thing before. However, we need not have worried, as the experience was very good and we have happy memories of the pre-Christmas event (it had been given to us as a Christmas gift from my brother). The staff were very friendly and helpful and the after-service care was efficient and we are thankful to Paul Chandler for his professionalism in completing our order for the event. We had so much fun that day and would highly recommend it to anyone planning on indulging themselves with make-up, hair styling and a family photoshoot. We have some wonderful professional photographs which we have shared with family members, who have been thrilled with them. Many thanks again Twilight.

Pleasant atmosphere, very friendly staff. Everyone helpful and free coffee on offer. Colour came out too bright at first so had to be toned down. Therefore whole thing took 3 and a half hours. But glad that extra care was taken. Cut was good but perhaps a bit shorter than I usually have.
Given loyalty card so next treatment will be half price.
Good experience. Will go back.
